Finally, a quick and precise way to reliably match PMS and custom colors
for UV Flexo, and Primographic inks off-press. With the UV Flexo Hand Proofer,
you can go to press with an
anilox/ink combination that delivers the precise color you need. Commercially
compatible color proofing for both customer color approval, and spectraphotometer
readings.
Fabricated and machined of heavy-duty aircraft quality aluminum, with all
parts corrosion resistant anodized. Though compatible with solvent based
systems, the clean-up window is very short. The easy take down design allows
for quick and easy changing of the engraved anilox rolls. The anilox rolls
are standard engraved rolls, commercially available from Pamarco. Precision
ball bearings float both anilox and print roll for smooth, chatter free
drawdowns. The Doctor Blade loads the celIs of the anilox rolls and meters
the ink to a repeatable ink film thickness. Doctor Blade tension is adjustable
and reproducible. |
