신제품인 ColorRT™ 는 ColorQA™ 기술을 바탕으로 투과 또는 비투과성 시료를 측정하는 용도로 훨씬 성능을 향상시킨 색차계임. ColorRT™의 중요한 기능은 spring loaded cartridge chambering system 에 있다. 표준칼라의 수요가 늘어 나면서 사용자가 카트리지를 저장하거나 측정한 색상을 특수기호로 저장하여 다음 제품 생산시 향후 색상을 비교할 수 있게 한다. 또한 별도의 옵션제품 모듈은 플라스틱업계에서 분체 또는 플라스틱 알맹이(pellet) 의 색상을 측정할 수 있다. 우리는 색상관리를 하는 산업체에서 당사의 제품을 사용한다면 매월 수백만불의 비용을 절감 될 수 있다고 장담한다. 특별히 설계된 카트리지는 거의 대부분의 산업체의 용도로 사용이 가능하다. 목표 색상 도는 요구색상을 하나의 카트리지에 넣고 또 하나의 카트리지에 샘플 또는 측정하고자 하는 시료를 넣어 색상을 비교하면 된다.
부품을 교환하여 삽입시에는 필히 교정을 하여야 하며 따라서 삽입부품이 더러워 지거나 기름이 묻어 끈적거릴 경우 반드시 교환하여야 한다. 카트리지에는 여러번 사용할 수 있게사용자가 빼낼 수 있게 착탈 구멍이 있다.
